Sunday morning service
Sunday worship begins at 11:00 am and ends around 12:15 pm.
Every Sunday we welcome all who wish to worship God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Worship at Epworth is traditional, but with multicultural themes and casual dress(if desired). Communion is served every Sunday; everyone is welcome to partake. Grape juice is served and gluten free wafers are available.
- Parking is available in the northwest section of the Christian Science Reading Lot. Ask an usher in the sanctuary for a sign to put in your vehicle’s windsheild
- An infant nursery is located at the rear of the sanctuary, is available for newborns and children up to three years old. See the usher should you have questions or need assistance. We also have Sunday school for children during service youth can participate in.
- Restrooms are located in the basement level on the right hand corner.
After Sunday’s service, we have fellowship/coffee hour in the parlors. Please feel free to join us.
wednesday evening praise & Prayer
Wednesday Evening Praise and Prayer (at 7PM) is a time to worship and pray in the middle of our busy week. During this service we sing hymns, read scripture, reflection and pray: for the congregation, those in need, the church and the world. This service takes place in the parlors and last 30 – 45 minutes or less.
Seasonal services take place throughout the year, including Holy Week services, an Easter Sunrise service by the lake, a Thanksgiving service and a Christmas Eve service. For more up-to-date information on those services, check out the calendar or the Epworth News & Updates on the main page.
